The History of Creation of Pizza.

The most yummy pizza is cooked by chefs, which treat to work as a hobby. This is usually frantic fans of pizza, so they know almost everything about this dish. Certainly, they will not reveal the secret of cooking this delicacy, but they will always tell an enthralling story of a pizza. These days, in order to appreciate the unique taste of this meal, you do not need to reserve a table at an Italian restaurant, it is just enough to order a pizza at home and or to cook it by yourself using copycat restaurant recipes from the network.

In fact, the first chefs who created the pizza were not Italians, but Greeks. During the military campaigns they feigned to lay onion, butter, garlic, cheese on a flat circle of duff, and then bake it. A little later a very similar bakery product appeared at the ancient Etruscans and Romans. Some persons think that the Italians brought the pizza recipe "to mind," and made it very yummy, and, of course, built the first pizzerias in the world.

In 1905 a pizzeria was opened in America, in New York. After World War II the U.S. were taken by the next wave of popularity of pizza. This dish got the mass acceptance when in the United States the "stars" with Italian roots lit, such as Frank Sinatra and Jerry Colonna. The popular singer Dean Martin sang his fateful song, where pizza was compared with the moon. Some time later, pizza has become known throughout the civilized world.

For a time it was adopted to believe that a real pizza is cooked only in Italy. Once the Italian government newspaper published a recipe of this pizza. Sure enough, according to it, the pizza is baked on a rather complicated recipe and consists of a number of definite components.
