Very Good Dinner Meals - Chinese Style Pepper Steak

Preparing good dinner recipes especially after a busy and busy schedule can seem to be a bother. Imagine. Don't worry, there are many easy and fast good dinner recipes that can be served in as little as 15 minutes which will taste like in heaven. The recipe we're going to learn here is Chinese style pepper steak. You simply need a mix of meat, sliced onions and some pepper stir fried with delicious seasoning and you will have a completely unique and smashing piece of home made meal that may satisfy the hunger of the whole family. First get the plants and the beef chopped into chunks and everything is good to go. We will be serving our Chinese Style Pepper Steak, with a little rice and some eggs which should make it into a fantastic dinner! Have these ingredients ready:

Ingredients:

2-3 pounds of boneless round steak, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, 1 cup of beef broth, 1/4 cup of soya juice, 1/4 cup of vegetable oil, 4 medium size of sliced green peppers, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1/3 cup of diced onion, 1 cup of thin cut celery, 1 little spoon of salt, 1/4 cup of water, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.

Procedures:

First, slice the boneless steak into thin and miniscule pieces across the grain. This can be done quicker if the meat is frozen.

Cook the steak in a big skillet with the oil, wait until golden brown.

Once the meat turns to golden brown, chuck in the sliced onions, beef broth, chopped celery, green peppers, pepper and salt. Wait and cover the pan for 15 minutes or once the beef and vegetables are cooked.

Then add the soya sauce, cornstarch, water and mix well. Stir until the beef is thickened for roughly a minute or 2.

Serve it on top of rice! It serves up to 8 people. So there you go, a unique and real dish called Chinese Style Pepper Steak. Be at liberty to utilise a chopstick if you wish.
