When you wake up you may have slept for 7-8 hours meaning that your body has gone without refueling for as many as 12 to 14 hours. This implies that both of your body and brain are operating on empty in the morning.

Also, eating breakfast everyday is a very sizeable part of shedding weight. Many folks skip breakfast, thinking it is going to help them lose weight.
