Recipe for Pudding Chocolate Chip Cookie

By Ben Cook

This pudding chocolate chip cookie recipe is just what you need to get you started. Or to loosen up after a tough day with a few chocolate chip cookies along with a glass of milk. Tasty. Well, that tastes even greater if cookies are homemade. Not sure why, but all homemade food like chocolate chip cookies tastes far better. Now lets get started with this chocolate chip cookies recipe. What do we need?

Pudding Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe Ingredients

4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar, 4 eggs, 2 cups melted butter, 2 teaspoons baking soda, 2 (3.4 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 4 cups semisweet chocolate chips, 2 cups chopped walnuts (optional)

Now lets get to work. First we'll turn on the oven and set it to 350 degrees F (which is like 175 degrees C if you're more familiar with that).

Take an enormous bowl and mix together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until you've got an even creamy mixture. Then initially blend in the pudding mix (blend well), stir in the eggs and stir in the vanilla. We're not finished yet - now blend in the flour and baking soda and finally - stir in the chocolate chips and nuts.

We produced the chocolate chip cookie mix and now its time to drop it onto cookie sheets.

You need to bake them for like ten to 12 minutes, they're done when the edges are golden brown.

You can consume the cookies with some milk or you may offer them together with your early morning coffee. We were looking at some coffee makers for that and the Keurig coffee maker looks good. Anyway..

What makes this pudding chocolate chip cookies recipe distinctive is - you guessed it - pudding. It keeps the cookies nice and soft. Enjoy them with your milk (or coffee)!
