Procedure

Place oven rack in the middle of your oven and preheat oven to 375F.

Clean, peel and cut apples into sections. Core the apples if possible with a a melon-ball cutter.

Cut apples into thin pieces and put in the container. Blend and shake apple pieces together with squeezed lemon juice in addition to 1 tablespoon brown sugar.

Divide apples between baking dishes. Alternate slices, and pour with 1 tablespoon water on top of each and every serving. Place baking sheets in the preheated oven and bake right up until apples get crisp-tender, for roughly 20 minutes.
