Begin Your Raw Food Diet Along With Easy Recipes Which Are Delectable

Raw food diet recipes can be found in enormous amounts, and several of these recipes are very quick and simple although some could be more complicated and sophisticated. Many of these recipes are all to easy to create, healthful to nibble on, and thus yummy that even those not following a raw food diet will be tempted. One such quality recipes is Carob Nut Cookies, which is very easy to make. Just 3 simple ingredients are changed into a healthy snack or dessert that is certain to please.

Put 3/4 of a cup of raw nuts in to the container of a food processor. Any kind of nut can be utilized as long as it is the uncooked version, and this involves walnuts, cashews, pecans, and several other nut types. Add 1 cup of raisins or dates on the food processor. Next you will have to add 1/4 of a cup of raw carob powder. Process all three components together till wholly mixed, making a sticky mixture. Roll into balls, lightly push a whole raw nut into the top of the cookie, and serve.

This is essentially the most preferred raw food diet recipes, and the health and nutritional benefits of this cookie is undisputed. Blueberry Spinach Smoothie is another favorite with lots of people. This drink makes a great snack or meal option and it's also packed full of nutrients.

In a blender combine 1 banana, 4 ice cubes, half a cup of blueberries that are fresh and not iced, 1 whole cup of fresh spinach leaves, and also a quarter of a cup of water. The liquid used can be cashew milk, fresh squeezed juice, or water, depending on personal choice. Blend all the components except the spinach leaves until completely combined. Put the spinach and mix together another time, then enjoy.

This diet doesn't have to be bland, boring, or difficult to follow when there is such a large selection of recipes that can be found and employed.
