Stir Frying Chicken Recipe

Baking chicken is absolutely simple and almost any person is able to do that. The best way to prepare a tasty chicken dinner is to pan fry the chicken dipped in oil. Firstly you have to get the chicken from the grocery store; I like fresh chicken breast rather frozen pieces of meat. Fresh chicken is healthy and fries quicker and simpler compared to frozen meat.

Here in India we mostly use pan frying recipe to cook chicken and add all our spices directly into the pan while cooking. The first chicken cooking recipe that I learnt in my cooking life was how to pan fry the chicken because it is just that easy and tastes delicious. Most of the time I just happen to cook this recipe itself.

Place a frying pan at the gas range, add a bit of oil into it and allow it to warm for about five minutes. Once the pan is pretty hot then add the pieces of meat into the frying pan and permit your chicken to heat around for 15 minutes. You know the chicken has been cooked when it sets out to modify it's color to dark brown on one side.

You now flip the pieces of meat to heat other end for another maybe five or ten minute. If you see this end converting dark brown also, your chicken is actually fried. If you want to eat fried chicken right away or you can also add other elements to make it better.

For those who like to use chicken as a supplement for dinner, put another pan with oil on heating. Add onions, garlic, ginger and different spices to taste and fry them. Once onions start to turn reddish, remove it from the gas and add it to the chicken to give additional taste to your chicken. Add salt, pepper and other spices to the dish depending on your taste.
