Garlic is known as spice. Garlic is also widely used in traditional medicine. Garlic contains astir oils that can kill bacteria and fungi. In addition it also contains Alicia which can change the bad cholesterol into good cholesterol. But some people may not like garlic because of the smell. Actually sense of smell can be neutralized with an orange, cucumber, drinking a cup of condensed tea or coffee or balance it by eating egg, liver etc. In addition garlic is consume raw no taste and feel the heat on the tongue, but it's not comparable with various benefits you'll get. Garlic is a universal antibiotic agent that kills toxic bacteria, viruses and parasites. It even knows how to support the "good" bacteria in the gut while destroying the bad kind. It enhances the immune system, strengthens the body against pollutants, and has anti-tumor properties. It fights high blood pressure and reduces the "bad" LDL cholesterol while raising the "good" HDL cholesterol. It regulates blood sugar and stimulates the liver into producing bile, which helps in digestion. It can even be used as a poultice to detoxify sores and wounds.
