An Easier Alternative To A Intestinal Irrigation Is A Salt Water Quick Cleanse

By Johnny Ramos

According to many people in the know, the safest way to cleanse your system is the salt water flush method. Apparently it is much safer than a colon irrigation or using an enema. In addition, it cleans your entire digestive tract.

The saltwater solution also cleans out the intestinal tract and eliminates toxins. The safety element is due to the fact that you are using two completely natural ingredients. Apart from flushing out your system, your skin will look better, you will sleep better, and your digestive system will work better.

The solution is made by mixing two level teaspoons of raw mineral salt with one quart (950 ml) of lukewarm water. The entire mixture should be drunk first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Drinking from a straw helps it go down more easily.

Once it has been consumed, lie down for 30 minutes on your right side. When this period has passed, you can start your normal daily routine. Make sure you are close to a toilet because, in a couple of hours, you will feel the need for a bowel evacuation. Get to the toilet before passing any gas because the stool will be liquefied.

The saltwater solution will continue working for several hours and you can expect multiple bowel movements. The density of saltwater is almost the same as that of blood. This means that the neither the kidneys nor the blood absorb the ingredients. As such, the mixture circulates through the body without separating the two ingredients.

As it passes through the various systems, it breaks down accumulated waste and toxins and expels them through the bowels. After you have completed a salt water flush, it's advisable to re-nourish your system by juicing a healthy drink. An ideal recipe is a handful of spinach, 2 apples, 3 stalks of celery, 1 carrot, and 1 tomato. Or make a smoothie using 2 handfuls of fresh strawberries, 1 papaya, 1 kiwi fruit, and 500 ml (1 pint) of plain yogurt.
