Ingredients:

1 cup all objective flour, 1 large egg, 1/3 cup cocoa powder, 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoon butter or margarine (melted), teaspoon baking soda, cup white sugar, teaspoon salt, Vegetable oil, Nutella or Hershey's chocolate syrup for topping, Fresh strawberries for topping (halved),

Steps

Get two medium-sized containers. In the first mixing bowl, beat the egg, butter/margarine, and milk till these 3 ingredients are well-incorporated.

Mix the cocoa, flour, baking soda, white sugar, and salt at once in the second bowl. Have a slight toss. Carefully blend in the liquid mixture into the dry mixture, mixing as you add. Blend the ingredients adequately to moisten, although it's okay for the batter to have some lumps.

Put a skillet above medium-low heat on your stove, drizzle with vegetable oil or butter. Once the skillet is hot enough, smoothly pour cupfuls of the pancake mixture to the skillet. Make sure to provide each pancake with sufficient space to allow them to cook nicely. Flip over pancakes the moment the edges are brown and cook the opposite side. Do this to the remainder of the batter.

Prior to serving, slather the top of your pancakes with Hershey's chocolate syrup or add some Nutella for a additional chocolate goodness. After which top with some fresh strawberries.

Serve hot and relish your morning!
