cup dried, fully cooked, or 1 can cannellini beans; 1 tsp olive oil; 2 cloves garlic, crushed; 2-3 medium zucchini, chopped; 1 tsp dried, or 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped; 1 tsp dried, or 1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped ; Sea salt to taste; 2 Tbsp white wine;

1. Wash and drain the beans. If you are using dried beans for this recipe, they have to be fully cooked before you start cooking.
2. Heat up a large saucepan to medium and saut the garlic in olive oil until it softens. Then add the chopped zucchini to the saucepan, and stir them to coat in the garlic-infused olive oil, and let it cook or simmer until they soften.
3. Add the beans, the rosemary and oregano into the mix and then add salt - sprinkling it over them. Add the white wine over the saucepan and let it sizzle. Let this simmer for about 10 minutes so that the flavors can penetrate the beans.
4. You can serve this Tuscan cannellini beans recipe on its own, or over a bed of spinach or rice.
