Delicious Low Calorie and Low Fat Mango Guacamole Recipe

Combining fresh avocado with other fresh vegetables just like tomatoes and peppers and onions will make a low-fat and exceptionally delectable guacamole recipe which can be served as a side dish to salads, with baked chips, or as a dip with fresh vegetables. Very simple to prepare, this guacamole recipe takes just minutes to create. Low Calorie and Low Fat Guacamole Ingredients

3 Avocados, pitted, quartered, and mashed

2 Roma tomatoes, diced, seasoned with basil, and set in refrigerator

cup of red bell pepper, diced

cup of yellow bell pepper, diced

cup of freshly-diced chives

1 tbsp. of diced onions

cup of low-fat plain yogurt

2 tbsp. of juice from jar of olives

cup of diced mango

1 tsp. of Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. of fresh basil

1 tsp. of liquid smoke

tsp. of Splenda

1 tsp. of hot sauce

1 tsp. of additional virgin olive oil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 and remove diced tomatoes seasoned with basil from the refrigerator. Spread the diced tomatoes over a baking sheet and working with a pastry brush, brush gently with olive oil. Set in oven to bake for ten minutes.

While tomatoes are baking, inside a tiny bowl mix together avocados, low-fat yogurt, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, chives, and onions. Mix well and set aside.

In a separate tiny mixing bowl, combine mangos, olive juice, Worcestershire sauce, basil, liquid smoke, Splenda, and hot sauce. Mix completely until mangos are completely coated.

Add this mixture to avocado, yogurt, and vegetable mixture. Stir for 1 minute with a fork, thoroughly combining all ingredients.

Take away basil and olive oil-coated tomatoes and toss in to the combination, stirring gently.

This healthy and delicious recipe is a good strategy to make guacamole at home while adhering to a rigid diet program. The sweetness of the mango combined with the smoky tastes of the liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce is going to create an abundance of flavour that grownups and kids alike will adore.
