Yummy Pasta Recipes Made Easy

Even on busy evenings, a family can enjoy the yummiest and nutrition filled meals together with pasta recipes, which are easy and quick. This food item is satisfying and healthy and above all they cook up in a flash with ingredients right there in the kitchen. These recipes are family-approved, that means not only kids will love it but adults will fill them up happily, too. And what is better than a family taking their meal together with all joyful talks and happiness?

When this complex carbohydrate rich ingredient is combined with other essential food items like fiber filled vegetables, protein packed poultry, lean meat and beans plus heart healthy fish. Such combination help to make totally wholesome diet that mixes both refined and whole grain. It makes a good food pyramid.

Making kids eat green veggies becomes easier when they are served as part of their favorite macaroni or noodles. There are many ways to add different vegetables with pasta and a good example is given here. Cook macaroni in a large pot with little salt in the water. Let it boil until it gets tender.

In a skillet heat vegetable oil on medium heat and saute two tablespoons of minced garlic. Mix in it 2 diced tomatoes, 1 chopped red onion, 1 chopped red bell pepper, 1 chopped yellow pepper and 1 cup chopped zucchini. Cook and stir these veggies until tender. Mix 2 tbs of balsamic vinegar to the skillet. Toss with the cooked pasta and sprinkle with feta cheese to serve.

Another hearty recipe combines this hearty ingredient with protein filled ingredients to make a mouthwatering dish. Ingredients needed are 16 oz of angel hair pasta-noodles, 2 skinless, boneless skin breast halves cut into small pieces, 6 ounce can of sliced black olives, 8 ounce can of sliced mushrooms, 16 ounce can of diced tomatoes and 2 tablespoons of olive oil and minced garlic plus grated cheese to sprinkle.

As usual, it needs to cook noodles in a large pot with salty water. While those noodles boil, saute chicken and other ingredient in another skillet. First heat vegetable oil and mix in it little garlic paste. Add chicken pieces and cook for 4-5 minutes. Stir in other ingredients like mushrooms and olives. Keep cooking for a while until this mixture gets tender. Add in diced tomatoes and let it simmer for another ten to fifteen minutes. Toss in cooked, drained noodles and sprinkle powdered cheese, which makes a savory dish.

Fiber-filled veggies are most important part of any healthy meal and what is more better to eat them in a flavorful dish like spinach-spaghetti. This recipe requires cooking spaghetti at first. Next mix in spinach leaves and cut tomatoes in a pan and cook them over medium heat, for 2-4 minutes. Stir in basil pesto and sour cream and let it simmer. Add in it cooked, drained spaghetti and eat hot.

These pasta recipes are so easy and quick to prepare delicious and healthy meal. With little ingredients at hand and in no time one can enjoy good food.
