Your skin will benefit from the many nutrients found in fresh juice.

Maca is a nutritional supplement taken from a plant native to Peru. It helps your body by balancing its systems. Since maca is a new supplement to you, start with a small dose and follow directions. One big advantage is that Maca produces no adverse effects.

Avoid using cleansers that contain harsh chemicals that dry your skin. Sensitive skin can be easily irritated and dried out by harsh chemicals.
