1) Lemon Mayonnaise: Fantastic spread to a club sandwich.
Ingredients:
1 c. Mayo
2 Tbsp. Sour cream
1 Tbsp. Fresh lemon zest

Substitutions:

3) Raspberry Cream Cheese
Ingredients:

Blend butter and cheeses in a large bowl then blend till smooth. Stir the olives in. Chill two hours to mix the flavours.
