Directions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Oil a 7x4x3 inch pan employing a paper towel soaked in cooking oil.

In a large mixing container, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. When these dry ingredients are well blended, put the cooking oil, maple syrup, almond milk and vanilla extract. Thoroughly blend the wet ingredients with the dry ones.
