Eggs - Health-Friendly Food According To Research

It is good news for the people who love to eat dishes made from eggs that according to some latest researches eggs are the source of losing the extra bit of weight that people have put on over the years.

It has already been said by the dieticians that the people who have gained weight over the years and eat egg's dishes can lose fat daily. Also the process can be 60% quicker as compared to those who consume carbohydrates rich products.

Different types of tests are probably conducted to prove this theory. One of the researches performed is serving eggs on their breakfast plates and the other is served with food high in carbohydrates. This was done to 20 individuals.

Since 4-5 hours to the breakfast they were provided the lunch and the dinner and here these experiment participants were free for selecting the dishes in quantity that they would have desired.

It was shown by an in-depth research made on these very participants that less calories were consumed by the people having eggs in breakfast (almost 120) and then through the day (almost 500 kcal)

Furthermore less hunger was felt by the people who used eggs dishes and the duration was longer as well. The researcher was prompted by it to conclude that eggs dishes were quite capable of providing saturation to hunger for some large duration.

As far as the calories are concerned we can have 80kcal in each egg and it will allow people feel full and they don't feel hungry for larger durations. Hence they eat less and in turn lose the extra weight that they have. Health is not damaged as well in all this.

It has been proven that consumption of eggs has no connection to diabetes. Though cholesterol is present on eggs, it will not purely cause high cholesterol problems unless if a person's lifestyle includes the consumption of high cholesterol foods. Fruits are also known to lower calorie intake of a person but it could also increase the blood sugar level. There are many different ways to lose or gain weight, all you have to do is to properly balance your diet and make sure it is safe.
