Here are the ingredients that come in this raw kale salad kit: * Kale * Broccoli * Brussels sprouts, * Cabbage * Chicory * Dried Cranberries, * Roasted Pumpkin Seeds * Poppyseed Dressing
The directions are simple; just toss all the ingredients in the bag together in a bowl and serve.

Side bar note - superfood is an unscientific term often used as a description for food rich in phytonutrients that have countless health benefits. Also, this salad is not iceberg lettuce based, which doesn't have any nutritional value. It is extremely good tasting and super excellent for your body; now, that's awesome to have taste and health benefits in one dish.

* Personally, the poppyseed dressing is sweet to me. So the cut the sweetness of the dressing and to add additional protein to this raw kale salad, I added some albacore tuna and slice almonds. It took the salad to another level. * I sometime, just reduce the amount of the poppeyseed dressing I use. The dressing is where most of the 8 grams of fat comes from in this salad kit.
