Easy To Prepare One Dish Chicken Recipes

Healthy food doesn't require too much time spent in your kitchen. Easy to prepare one dish chicken recipes are simple, but you won't be disappointed with the final results. Besides, you won't have to spend too much time cleaning, all these recipes are so simple you will need only one dish to make them. So, what are you waiting for?

Chicken steaks with cheese and cream. Try this simple recipe first. You will need one pound small chicken cutlets, some olive oil, one cup grated cheese and cream each, salt, pepper and a little bit of ground paprika. Spice up steaks and fry them in a pan that can be put in the oven. Simply mix the cheese and cream, lightly season the mixture and pour it over the steaks. Bake in the oven and serve with a bowl of fresh green salad.

You could also try making this simple version of chicken paella. Prepare two cups of meat strips, red, yellow and green peppers cut into strips, one larger chopped onion and two cups of rice. You will also need some olive oil, pepper, salt and cherry tomatoes. Pour onions in preheated oil, after a few minutes add your meat stripes and vegetables. When everything get softer, add rice and water or stock. Cook for twenty to twenty five minutes.

For preparing chicken kebabs, on your grill or in the oven, you will need two pounds of meat cubes and vegetables cut into cubes. You can use onions, peppers and zucchini, but you could also take some other vegetables of your choice. Combine all ingredients and season them with salt, pepper and herbs. Add some oil. Simply stack all ingredients alternately on sticks and bake.

If you like drumsticks, try this simple recipe. Simply place your drumsticks in preheated oven for about fifteen minutes. Cut one pound of potatoes, one onion and one zucchini into cubes and add all ingredients into the pan. Bake for thirty minutes or so, until done. Serve with your favorite salad.

Cream soup with vegetables. You need a pound of chopped meat, one carrot, one cup of peas, one cup of cream, broth, spices and a little chopped dill. Cook meat and vegetables in broth. When all ingredients are soft enough, add the cream and chopped dill. Cook a few more minutes, and delicious soup is ready to serve.

Tortillas with chicken and vegetables. Take two cups of meat cut into strips, one large onion, red and yellow peppers, cherry tomatoes and spices. You will also need four tortillas. Cut the veggies into thin strips and leave half of them aside. Fry the rest with meat on some olive oil, seasoned with salt and pepper. Combine cooked and fresh ingredients in each tortilla.

Summer plate. You need three cups of meat cut into wider straps, a carrot, a zucchini, three peppers, one larger onion, a carrot, a small egg-plant and spices of your choice. Brown the meat in olive oil, add all the vegetables cut into strips, season all with salt, pepper and herbs and bake for another few minutes. Serve with a salad and corn bread.
