It is a proven fact that white meat is much healthier then red as it is much leaner and does not have such a high fat content compared to the red meats. It is also referred to as the light meat as it contains a much lower number of calories. However it is still okay to eat red meat as long as one does not eat the very fatty pieces at every sitting.

The ones that can be dissolved in fat include the vitamins A, D, E and K and the water soluble are the C and B complex. There are eight different vitamins in the B group which previously was only thought to be one.
